Bringing Music to Life
Life on Planet Earth is full of ups, downs, bumps and grinds. It can be perilous at times, challenging at best and stressful to say the least. We often walk around in a semi-conscious state, unaware of the adverse effects of our toxic environment, state of mind, emotional condition and daily routine until something hits us on the head to get our attention. Our reaction can be a turning point. The need for an awakening and attention to our personal health and wellness becomes vital.
When used as a treatment modality or “healing therapy”, music has been proven to be effective in assisting in the process of transformation by helping to promote wellness, manage stress, express feelings & improve communication.
Music activates, connects, stimulates and influences our thoughts, emotions, behavior and experiences. It can be used to inspire, heal and help us to achieve greater happiness, joy and a sense of well-being. Music is mesmerizing, energizing, motivating and spiritual in nature. In addition to raising our self-awareness, it can ultimately bring us together to work toward a common goal for the greater good.
Promoting Personal Recovery, Health & Wellness through Music
The Falling Coconuts Sobriety Band is a band with a “mission”, performing live music with a certain intention or “purpose”. Performances are not only designed to motivate and inspire audiences, but also to raise awareness by supporting and promoting “targeted causes” that seek to provide resources designated for the well-being of individuals in need.
Rock, roll, recover and engage in a musical experience that will regenerate your spirit, soften your heart and awaken your soul.
